Grand Spinn slot game provides a mixture of nostalgia and classic themes together to provide some brilliant gameplay action for players.

NetEnt are the creators of this game and despite being no strangers to providing some rather old school vibes, the industry-leading developers have managed to produce another top slot game.

Gameplay

The first thing we noticed when doing this Grand Spinn review was just how simplistic and classical this game looked. Players are immediately greeted with a grid that contains just three reels that have three positions each in which symbols can fall upon. However, it is only the central position that players generally need to concern themselves with as there is just one fixed payline available.

Players are able to spin the reels from as little as €0.02 per turn, however there is a limit of up to €200 on each turn of the reels. In addition, the Grand Spinn Free Play version is a great way to test out the game without using real money, although we would recommend hitting the game for real straightaway!

The traditional ‘Autoplay’ and ‘Max Bet’ functions remain available on the game panel that can be found across the bottom of the playing grid, with each of these functions sitting either side of the ‘Spin’ button in the central position.

Exploring the paytable meant we were unable to find a number of different symbols that players can look to try and form winning combinations with. As mentioned, the old school vibes that this Grand Spinn slot game provides come directly as a result of the icons available, as these are the same that would be found in a traditional fruit machine.

These include the bars, cherries, plums, oranges, watermelons and the three sevens that can be found. The game’s logo can also be found on the grid, however players would be wise not to be fooled, as this is faded out and acts as a blank space when it lands on the payline.

Feature Bonuses

Despite being rather simplistic in regards to the gameplay, there are a number of Grand Spinn slot game bonuses available to trigger.

The first of the bonuses available is the Nudge feature and this can be really useful in providing players with some additional wins. This feature does, however, only become active when a win has been recorded.

If the winning icon on reel one matches the icon in position one on that reel, it will be nudged to help form a new combination. Once reel one has run out of matching combinations, reels two and three will follow suit – should they be able to.

There is a bonus arrow above each reel and one of these may light up at the end of the feature, which will then result in the nudge feature being reset and happening once again.

Wilds

Players should also notice that there are Multiplier Wilds available in this game that can boost potential winnings as well. These icons have the ability to substitute other icons on the paytable when they appear, but they can also increase wins by 2x. Two of these icons will see winnings increase by 4x whereas three will provide a multiplier of 8x.

The red diamond icon, though, is what players should be looking to land! These are the symbols needed to win one of the three jackpots available – the ‘Mini’, ‘Midi’ and ‘Mega’ jackpots.

If they appear in either of the first or second positions on the reels, the jackpot could be won. Players will need to land three, though, and the smallest one to appear will be the prize that is awarded.

The Mini, Midi and Mega jackpots payout rewards of 40x, 200x and 10,000x respectively when won!

RTP (return to player)

Our Grand Spinn slot review found that the return to player (RTP) rate has been set at a percentage of 96.19%. NetEnt have also provided the following rates for the jackpots: Mini jackpot (4.69%), Midi jackpot (1.56%) and Mega jackpot (2.98%).
